The purchasing process

  1. When clicking on the button Purchase CryptoBola JPEG at the buttom of this page, a new, frameless page comes up. This is the connection to the secure server of Plimus™.
  2. Specify the data required for the purchase. You can pay by any major credit card, or order via fax, phone or email.
    The price of a single copy of CryptoBola JPEG is US$34.50.
  3. Among other questions you will be asked to enter a passphrase. This case-sensitive character string will be required later again, when you want to create and download your unique copy of the CryptoBola JPEG program. This passphrase does not serve any other purpose than authorizing the purchase. Record the passphrase, so that you can download newer versions if they are offered at no charge.
  4. The time required to complete the billing process depends on the payment method you choose. When you pay by a credit card, this takes normally only a few seconds.
  5. After the billing has been completed, you receive an email confirming your payment. This email contains all relevant ordering data, except credit card related information. Beside the above mentioned passphase, a 10-character long license key appears too; this is not the CryptoBola JPEG license key, it will have to be entered as the CryptoBola purchase code when downloading your program copy. If you have ordered multiple copies of the program, you receive a purchase code for each copy.
  6. If the billing has been completed immediately, like it happens in most cases, the Continue button at the bottom of the last ordering page directs you back to a page on this site, from where you can download your freshly purchased program as soon as you received the email containing the purchase code.
    A unique program copy will be created for you and a license key will be displayed, which you will have to enter the first time you want to use the program.
  7. If the billing process takes more time or you don't want to wait for the confirmation email, go to the Download the licensed program page at any time and enter the purchase key as well as the passphrase. If the billing has been completed, you can download the program just as described above.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CRYPTOBOLA COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND THE CUSTOMER

CryptoBola Computer Software agrees to deliver, directly or through a distributor a copy of the computer program product CryptoBola JPEG (in following: "Program") and grants the customer (in following: "Customer") a licence to use the program.

This License Agreement relates to the fully licensed, the evaluation as well as the courtesy programs version.

1 FULLY LICENSED VERSION

A fully licensed version (program copy) can be used only on a single computer for one license. If Customer wishes to use the program on more than one computer, Customer has to acquire a separate license for each computer.

2 EVALUATION VERSION

The evaluation (trial) version of the program is intended to be used only in a limited time period, which is displayed when downloading the program. It may be used on any number of computers.

Customer understands, that the evaluation version can not and must not be used after the evaluation periode.

Customer understands, that the evaluation version is functioning with following restrictions:

3 COURTESY COPY

The courtesy copy has unlimited functionality, without time limitation. It's usage is restricted to the extent CryptoBola and Customer (the receiver of the courtesy copy) agreed on.

4 COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to CryptoBola JPEG are owned exclusively by CryptoBola Computer Software.

5 GENERAL

CryptoBola JPEG is sold and distributed "AS IS". There is no warranty of any kind, neither expressedly not implied. CryptoBola JPEG must be used at Customer's own risk; CryptoBola is not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or any other damage resulting from the usage of this software.

Customer agrees not to reverse engineer by decompiling, disassembling or by any other method this program.

Customer agrees not to modify the program. The customization process as described in the Help function is not considered a modification of the program.

Customer agrees not to rent, lease, sell or distribute this program.

Customer agrees to create copies of this program only for Customer's own backup.

6 LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

Customer acknowledges that the usage, importing and/or exporting of cryptographic products like CryptoBola may be restricted or forbidden in the jurisdiction of Customer. CryptoBola is not responsible for Customer's adhering to the respective laws.

7 APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. In respect of any dispute which may arise hereunder, Customer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts sitting in Vancouver or Victoria, British Columbia. Any unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of the license agreement and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

If any provision of this agreement shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such event, each provision of the agreement which is invalid or unenforceable shall be replaced with a provision as similar in terms to such invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible which is legal and enforceable.

This agreement supersedes any other oral or written agreement relating the program, and it may be changed only in a written agreement signed by both CryptoBola and Customer.
